| MacGregor Village is an 80-unit complex constructed by DHIC as part of the Hurricane Floyd recovery effort. Located in Greenville, North Carolina, MacGregor Village contains 60 two bedroom and 20 three bedroom apartments, ranging from 800 to 1,000 sq. ft. Each unit contains a fully equipped kitchen with electric range and hood, and refrigerator. Residents also enjoy private patios or decks and mini blinds on all windows.
MacGregor Village provides a children's playground, a community building with a manager's office, multi-purpose room for tenant usage and laundry facilities.
