Santree Commons is a 24-unit garden style apartment complex located in Williamston, North Carolina. Developed in collaboration with Bertie Martin Washington Community Development Corporation, Santree Commons offers 18 two bedroom units and 6 three bedroom units ranging from 800 to 1,000 square feet. Each unit contains a fully equipped kitchen with electric range and hood, and refrigerator. Residents also enjoy lockable storage rooms off of their private patios and mini blinds on each window. Santree Commons also offers a children's playground, a community building with on-site management, community meeting room and laundry facilities.
