The Community
The Commons at Highland Village consists of 68 units of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with handicapped accessible units available. Each apartment is fully carpeted and features a range and self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, and dishwasher. Also included are miniblinds on all windows, fire sprinkler system, secure entrance with card access and intercoms to apartments.

Community amenities include a game room, library, computer lab, exercise room, laundry rooms and extra storage space. Outdoor amenities include gazebo, village green, shuffleboard and a pool at the clubhouse. On-site management and supportive services will be provided.
Community Residency and Management
Residency will be available to seniors age 55 or older. Certain income restrictions apply.
Rents are based on income -- call for more details.
- $345-$580 per month - One bedroom, one bath (water and sewer included)
- $416-$700 per month - Two bedroom, one bath (water and sewer included)
