Roanoke Commons is a 32-unit garden-style apartment complex for seniors in southeast Raleigh. The complex includes a community building with laundry facilities, partial kitchen, TV lounge, handicap accessible units, and meeting space for resident activities.
Each apartment includes: emergency bedside alarms, accessible bathrooms with grab bars, partial kitchen, electric stove, range hood and refrigerator, gas heat and air conditioning with separate thermostats, and wiring for telephone and cable television.
Supportive Services through Resources for Seniors of Wake County are available for individuals with special needs in addition to regularly programmed activities for all residents.
