Madison Glen is a newly constructed, 120 unit mixed-income community located in northwest Raleigh at the corner of Ray and Lynn Roads. The complex features one, two and three bedroom units from 631 to 1,172 square feet in size. Each apartment features spacious walk-in closets, outside storage on patio or deck, kitchen pantries with electric range and hood, dishwasher and refrigerator, and washer/dryer connections. Every resident has full access to the pool, clubhouse, executive center, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, sport court and the picnic areas with grills placed throughout the complex.


As a mixed-income community, 50 of the apartments are limited to households at 50% or below of area median income. The remaining 70 apartments are available to households regardless of income.
