The Prairie Building, one of Raleigh's oldest and most architecturally significant buildings, has been renovated for 11 apartments that will deliver modern conveniences and the ease of living in a downtown historic setting. Designed in the 1870s by prominent local architect Joseph P. Prairie, the building is located in the Moore Square historic district at 113 S.
