There are 48 two and three bedroom units with floorplans ranging from 800 to 1000 sq. ft. of floor space. Each unit contains a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and electric range with hood. Units also include washer/dryer hookups, mini blinds and storage rooms off private patios or balconies. Residents of Tryon Grove also enjoy a children's playground, on-site management, a community building with meeting room and laundry facilities, and outdoor grills and picnic tables.
