Tryon Grove is an affordable apartment complex in southeast Raleigh developed by DHIC in 1992. There are 48 two and three bedroom units with floorplans ranging from 800 to 1000 sq. ft. of floor space. Each unit contains a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and electric range with hood. Units also include washer/dryer hookups, mini blinds and storage rooms off private patios or balconies.
