Welcome to Meadowcreek!
MeadowCreek is DHIC's newest subdivision, with single-family homes available with special financing to qualified purchasers. The 68-lot subdivision is located at Raleigh Boulevard and Rock Quarry Roads in Southeast Raleigh, approximately two miles from the heart of Raleigh's central business district and less than one-half mile from the I-440 beltline. As of May, 2005, all lots have been sold, and construction is advancing rapidly. Some homeowners have already moved in, and the subdivision's Homeowners Association officers were introduced at a special neighborhood event in early June.

Meadowcreek's exclusive homebuilder is Murdock and Gannon Construction, which has an excellent reputation as a home builder and was a Gold Medal winner in the Parade of Homes show sponsored by the Home Builder's Association of Raleigh/Wake County. The homes ranged in price from $105,000 to $142,900 and in size from 1,100 square feet to more than 2,000 square feet.

MeadowCreek homeowners can walk to retail opportunities at the Kroger-anchored Shoppes at Pine Hills, which features a 57,000 square foot Kroger and 9,600 square feet of small shop space. Shoppes at Pine Hills is located one block north of MeadowCreek. MeadowCreek also offers residents direct access to the Walnut Creek Greenway system. |
