Fidelity and Trust Mortgage Donates $1,000 to DHIC, Inc.

The Raleigh office of Fidelity & Trust Mortgage has awarded a $1,000 grant to DHIC, Inc., a non-profit developer of affordable rental and homeownership opportunities serving the greater Research Triangle area.

Led by Senior Loan Officers Jackie Wampler and Tana McMinis, Fidelity & Trust Mortgage offers Raleigh residents flexible products, including FHA / VA direct endorsement, conventional loans, 100% loan-to-value, non-conforming, or and adjustable rate products. DHIC will use Fidelity & Trust Mortgage funds to advance its 2008 goals, including serving more than 300 low- to moderate-income homebuyers with its comprehensive program of homeownership education, counseling and downpayment assistance resources.
