HomeEq Servicing Employees Donate $7,800 to DHIC, Inc.

The Triangle and Boone area employees of HomeEq Servicing together have donated $7,800 to DHIC, Inc., a non-profit developer of affordable rental and homeownership opportunities serving the greater Research Triangle area.

The donation, part of the company's annual fundraising campaign, was raised through a variety of teambuilding activities initiated by employees.

In announcing the contribution, Arthur Lyon, President of HomeEq Servicing, said that "DHIC was selected as the organization most capable of making a positive impact on responsible and sustainable home ownership."

It is one of several corporate partners to join with NeighborWorks® America to provide mortgage borrowers caught in the recent lending crisis with alternatives to foreclosure.
