DHIC Homeownership Spotlight Consent & Release

By submitting this form, I grant DHIC, Inc. ("DHIC") permission to use the information, stories, quotes, photographs, videos, and other materials that I provide as part of the Homeownership Spotlight feature.

I understand that my submission may be used by DHIC for marketing, communications, fundraising, educational, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email newsletters, websites, publications, presentations, reports, and other print or digital materials.

I grant DHIC the right to edit, adapt, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display my submitted materials, in whole or in part, and understand that DHIC will retain final editorial discretion regarding how the content is presented. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.

I represent that the information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I have the right to share any photos, videos, or other materials included in my submission. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that DHIC may choose whether or not to publish my story.

I release and hold harmless DHIC, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from the use of my submitted materials as described above.
