MacGregor Village is an 80-unit apartment complex constructed by DHIC as part of the Hurricane Floyd recovery effort. Located in Greenville, MacGregor Village comprises 60 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 800 to 1,000 sq. ft.

Bay River Apartments is a 20-unit garden apartment complex off of NC Highway 55 on Neals Creek Road in Bayboro. Developed as a partnership between DHIC and Coastal Community Development Corporation, Bay River provides two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
