Assistant Controller

Audrianna joined DHIC in September 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the affordable housing industry. In her previous role, she served as a Director of Project Accounting for a Raleigh-based affordable housing developer. Audrianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is certified as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional (RHDFP).

I love taking my dogs to Sandy Pines Preserve, where the peaceful trails are shared with equestrians.
