Tashonia Williams (Shoni), Asset Manager. Mrs. Williams joined DHIC in September 2023 as an Asset Manager. Shoni works with the asset management team on existing and new portfolios within the DHIC community. Shoni brings forward 9 years of property management experience in affordable housing such as SEC 8 HUD, PRAC 202, income-based housing, Public Housing, and LIHTC properties. Shoni holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Master’s in education & Corporate training. She has certifications in Property Management, Tax Credit & from CHAM as a Certified Asset Management Specialist.
